Creative & Media Diploma: 15th Of October

Today !!!!!!!!!!

PHOTOGRAPHY:

Today, we used cameras such as 3.2, 5 mega pixels to test out the way a camera can focus from positioning one part of the picture to the middle of the image. We also had to test out the backdrops in photos and how things are on top of eachother as if it has many dimensions.

Can you see the way it looks like that passage of flowers is a short distance?! Well, it actually isnt, the way you present your picture is the way will think about it.

Look at the way the Photographer has made the wall looks so much larger and clearer than the house itself, we can also tell that the house is far away from the camera because of the blurred affect the photographer has use, but we can tell it has been airbrushed aswell to try and enthusise the image. But, in reality the house is much larger and taller than the wall.

Because the Photographer has used a Third Rule Layout frame-by-frame technique, it allows her an easy way to edit and focus on the part of the picture she wants. Meaning, the photographer can take part of the picture and enlarge it.

DRAMA:

Seeing as we have now finished our introduction to "Drama Pantomime Research", we can now start on Unit 1: Scene Venues.

We used lessons 2,3 & 4 to research Funded and Non Funded Venues, and we had to understand what Commercial and Non Commercial ment also Voluntary Organisations which we are looking more on next lesson.

We were given a sheet on places to look, I looks through them carefully and managed to pick The BFI Southbank and O2 ARENA (The main one).

I learnt that BFI Southbank is a funded foundation that depends upon anonymous, generous donators from Co-orperations, Foundations, Trusts and indiviuals.
